Rates and Policies
Rates
Mediator rate is $300.00 per hour billed in one-tenth hour increments. The fee will be split equally between the parties absent the parties agreement.
Fees begin at the scheduled mediation start time and continue until conclusion of the session. Fees apply for any post mediation tasks such as transmitting settlement documents between parties and filing mediation reports with the court, or otherwise concluding the mediation.

A two hour mediation fee will apply to all mediations.

A $50 per hour discount will apply to all mediations where fees are pre-paid. Any unearned fees will be remitted to the payor. Only the prepaid portion of the mediation fee is eligible for the discounted rate.

There is no charge for the first hour of reviewing pre-mediation summaries or other pre-mediation materials. Standard rates apply for pre-mediation review in excess of one hour, billed to the submitting party.
Cancellation
No cancellation fee if cancellation is within three business days of the scheduled mediation. all prepaid fees will be remitted to the payor. Cancellation within three days of the scheduled mediation will be subject to the minimum two hour charge.
Payment Process
All mediations are scheduled on this website. After reservation of a time slot, the mediator will preform a conflict check and circulate an engagement letter to the e-mail addresses for the parties' contacts as entered on the scheduling form.

At the conclusion of the mediation, invoices will be sent to the e-mail addresses for the parties' contacts as entered on the scheduling form. Payment is due upon receipt.

To prepay mediation fees electronically, please contact the mediator who will generate an invoice form which payment can be directly made. Payments for mediations and prepayments may also be mailed to the address below.
